1. Where do you find your products?

All of our products are locally manufactured here in Northern Thailand.

 

2. How are you able to get your products so cheaply?

Living here in Thailand, we are able to make deals directly with the vendors. By eliminating the “middle man” which increases the retail cost of an item, we are able to pass these savings right on to our customers.

 

Purchasing Questions :

1. What forms of payment can you receive?

For all purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase with one of the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. By using a credit card for your purchase, you agree that you are the authorized cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale.

 

2. How long does it take to get my order?

Once the order is received, we aim to ship it within 5-7 days. International shipping times vary depending on season but generally you will receive your order in 5-7 weeks after placing the order.

 

3. What is your return policy?

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your product that we do not currently have a return policy in place. Having used the items ourselves, and seeing the longevity of the items from others that we know that have purchased the items; we believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your order.
